Hi, I'm Tiffany

I’m a therapist, a deep thinker, and someone who has never been particularly interested in simple answers.

One of the questions I keep coming back to is this:

How does being neurodivergent shape the way we experience intimacy, connection, vulnerability, and relationships?

Those questions continue to draw me to this work.

Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to understand why relationships feel more complicated than they seem to for everyone else, why intimacy can feel confusing or overwhelming, or why they’ve spent so much of their lives trying to meet expectations that never really fit.

I love working in those spaces—not because I have all the answers, but because I know how valuable it can be to have someone willing to sit with the complexity instead of rushing toward a conclusion.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand what it feels like to move through a world that isn’t always built for the way your brain works. I’ve also seen how much pain can come from trying to force yourself into relationships, identities, communication styles, or expectations that were never a good fit to begin with.

I don’t believe therapy is about changing who you are. I believe it’s about understanding yourself more fully so you can build a life and relationships that actually fit.

You don’t need to perform here. You don’t need to make eye contact, explain why you need a fidget, ask for extra processing time, or communicate in a way that doesn’t feel natural to you. You get to show up as yourself, and from there, we can figure things out together.

My Therapeutic Approach

You Don’t Have to Perform

Therapy should be one of the few places where you don’t have to mask, explain, or convince someone your experiences are real. You get to show up exactly as you are.

Curiosity Before Judgment

I don’t believe therapy is about fixing who you are. I’m far more interested in understanding how you experience the world and helping you better understand yourself.

Neurodivergent-Affirming

Masking, sensory differences, communication styles, burnout, and nervous system differences can shape every part of our relationships. Therapy should take those experiences seriously.

Relationships That Fit

Rather than trying to fit someone else’s expectations, we’ll explore what relationships, intimacy, and connection look like for you.

Clinical Training + Lived Experience

As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, allowing me to support clients with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools.

At Your Pace

There is no “right” way to do therapy. Whether you need extra processing time, prefer less eye contact, or communicate differently, we’ll create a space that works for you.

Professional Background

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing virtual therapy to adults throughout Georgia and Florida.

I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Troy University and have specialized experience supporting neurodivergent adults, sexuality and intimacy concerns, alternative relationship structures, and kinky communities.

I continue to pursue advanced training in sex therapy, neurodivergent-affirming care, and relationship-focused therapy to better support the clients I serve.
