Specialized Sex Therapy for the Neurodivergent Brain
You aren’t broken, and you aren’t “too much.” You are navigating an intimate life that wasn’t built for your specific sensory reality. This is a strategic, clinical space where you can stop translating your brain and start mastering your own internal map.
How I Help
I work exclusively with neurodivergent individuals who are tired of “masking” their way through intimacy and are ready for a different approach:
The Labor of Translation: We address the mental exhaustion of constantly having to explain your thoughts and needs. Here, you can stop translating and start being understood.
The Sensory Wall: We identify the specific sensory triggers and “jump-scares” that cause you to shut down or disconnect. We move beyond generic advice to find what actually works for your nervous system.
The Intersectional Map: We explore the lived realities of Black liberation, neurodivergence, and kinky expression. We look at how these intersections shape your sense of safety and pleasure.
Common Areas of Focus
Performance Exhaustion: Resolving the fatigue that comes from “performing” intimacy rather than experiencing it.
Transition Friction: Mastering the difficult shift from the “work brain” of a 9-to-5 to a state of sensory presence.
Shut-down & Dissociation: Building tools to help you stay connected to your body when your sensory system feels overwhelmed.
Investment & Approach
Rate: $185 per 50-minute session.
Specialized Care: Insurance companies often limit session length and rarely cover specialized sex therapy. My private-pay practice ensures our work is defined by your actual needs, not corporate time limits.
Out-of-Network: I am an out-of-network provider. I provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
