Individual Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults
One-on-one virtual therapy for adults navigating sexuality, intimacy, and relationships — without having to mask, translate, or over-explain.
Areas of Focus
Many of my clients are neurodivergent adults who come to therapy because relationships, intimacy, or sexuality feel more complicated than they seem to be for everyone else. You may be struggling to communicate your needs, feeling disconnected in relationships, questioning aspects of your identity, or trying to understand why certain experiences feel overwhelming or confusing.
Experiences like masking, burnout, sensory differences, and communication challenges can have a significant impact on how we connect with others and ourselves. After years of trying to meet expectations that don’t fit, it can be difficult to know what you need, how to ask for it, or whether your experiences are valid in the first place.
Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s happening, identify patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships, and develop ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic and sustainable.
Areas of focus include:
- Sexuality, desire, and sexual identity
- Relationship challenges and communication
- Neurodivergence, masking, and burnout
- Intimacy and connection
- Alternative relationship structures
- Self-understanding and identity development
- Navigating expectations that no longer fit
My Approach
I don’t believe there is one right way to do relationships, intimacy, or sexuality. My role isn’t to tell you who you should be or what your relationships should look like. Instead, I help clients better understand themselves, communicate their needs more effectively, and build relationships and lives that fit who they are.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work. You won’t need to spend sessions convincing me that your experiences are real or translating every aspect of how your brain works. Therapy can be a place where you show up as yourself, explore difficult questions without judgment, and develop a deeper understanding of what works for you.
Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s happening, identify patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships, and develop ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic and sustainable.
